Want to know the meaning of “ambivert”? Trying to find a word similar to “illuminate”? Need to define a word for your assignment? Get the Dictionary.com app for the iPad: an app that lets you use the dictionary and thesaurus with the swipe of your fingers. No need to carry a big chunky book of words; you got your iPad to help you weave through thousands of entries.

Dictionary.com features the essentials that make it easier for you to find the words. It features the English dictionary and thesaurus that has over 2,000,000 entries and counting. From synonyms to homonyms, you got the words that will help you. It features audio pronunciation, bookmarks, suggestions for spelling and many other features that aid in finding the right definition of a word. My only gripe with this app is it’s a bit slow. But other than that, this app is great and I rate this 4 out of 5.
